Angola (2013): TRaC measuring behaviours among Female Sex Workers. Round 3

The purpose of the study is to provide evidence for decision-making in social marketing HIV prevention program of PSI / Angola.This study will serve as compared to the previous study (2005 and 2008), to measure the preventive behaviors on the consistent use of condoms in sexual relationships between female sex workers, their partners and customers. The study will also monitor trends in behaviors and other FSWs in Luanda, Benguela, Huila, Huambo and Cunene. This study will provide information to evaluate the project PSI interventions directed to this group and knowledge about prevention and intervention against HIV / AIDS. Data obtained from the 2013 TRAC study will be presented in the PSI Research Panel Perform. Internally, the results of the Perform Panel will be used in the planning of strategic marketing projects. Externally, the results will be used to respond to requests from interested parties. The study will also measure exposure linked to medias and identify important determinants of HIV prevention. The results will be presented in PSI monitoring and segmentation tables, and will be measured by the assessment methodology coarsened Exact Matching (CEM).
