本数据集为按线路类型（地下中压（Medium Voltage, MV）电缆或架空线路）及运营主体分类的、用于电力输送、变电与配电的中压电力线路轨迹数据。
目的：从景观与环境视角出发，推进中压电力线路网络的合理化与优化工作，即淘汰老旧电缆与线路廊道，以改善环境与保护国土空间。
