First-year undergraduate business students’ utilisation of learning support for assumed mathematics skills

These de-identified data describe a cohort of Flinders University first year economics students and their experiences with and attitudes towards mathematics in the context of their studies.<br>Variables include basic demographic data, perceived comfortableness with maths, and both formal and informal experience with maths skills training.<br>Data are saved in SPSS format, and are openable in IBM SPSS Statistics 25.<br>These data were collected under approval of the Flinders University Social and Behavioural Research Ethics Committee, project number 6015. Analysed data are presented in a concurrent manuscript.
