Genetic and genomic analysis identifies bcltf1 as the TF coding gene mutated in field isolate Bc116, deficient in light responses, differentiation and pathogenic-ity in Botrytis cinerea

The objective of this study is to identify and characterize the gene responsible for the phenotype of the field isolate Botrytis cinerea Bc116. To achieve this, whole-genome sequencing of both the parental isolate and its progeny with another field isolate (Bc448, genome already published) is required to perform a Bulk Segregant Analysis (BSA).
