Genome-wide alteration of 5-hydroxymethylcytosine in hypoxic-ischemic neonatal rat model of cerebral palsy

Our results revealed that hypoxic-ischemic brain injury decreased the overall 5hmC abundance in rat temporal cortex, and these results suggest that 5hmC modifications are involved in the cerebral palsy pathogenesis.本研究结果显示，缺氧缺血性脑损伤可降低大鼠颞皮层内整体5-羟甲基胞嘧啶（5hmC）的丰度；上述结果提示，5hmC修饰参与了脑瘫的发病机制。
