Algorithm Rules:
1. Data Collection: Collect and organize Japanese patent applications by category, and perform statistics on the number of patent applications across multiple years.

Data Processing: Calculate the annual application volume for each patent category, the total number of all applications each year, and the proportion of annual category-specific application volume. For example, the 2021 proportion is calculated as (2021 category-specific application volume / total 2021 application volume), and this method applies to other years as well.
