Fluorescence microscopy images of resin sections on EM grids. HIV particles labeled with MA-EGFP on MDCK cells expressing H2B-RFP. Because the imaged section area on the EM grid was not perfectly flat, several images at different focal planes were taken per channel. In addition to GFP and RFP, the blue FluoSpheres (365 nm / 415 nm) channel is shown. Pixel size is 65 nm.
