The study describes the Foxo1-dependent transcriptional program in a new mouse Cre/DreERT2 dual-recombinase Germinal Center B-Cell (GCBC) specific strain, with co-expression of the recombinases from a single allele. The study compares the pathway activity in Foxo1 WT, Foxo1 heterozygous, in experimental mice without tamoxifen administration (Foxo1 knockout) and in experimental mice with tamoxifen administration (Foxo1 re-expression).
