Variations in Diet, Microbiota, and Disease Severity in the EAE Multiple Sclerosis Model

Study follows up on the observation that disease severity in the experimental autoimmune encephalomyelitis (EAE) MS model is diet dependant. The goal of the study is to characterize the changes in gut microbiota as well as the metabolic changes associated with the different diets and disease severities.
