Comparison of LPS-induced gene expression in NEDD8-sufficient or -deficient primary macrophages

Bone marrow-derived macrophages (BMMs) from Nedd8(flox/flox) mice or Nedd8(flox/flox; lyz2-cre) mice were stimulated with or without 100ng/ml LPS for 4 hours. The total RNA was prepared and subjected to microarray. Bone marrow mononuclear cells from 3 Nedd8(flox/flox) mice were mixed together to induce NEDD8-sufficient BMMs (WT) with M-CSF. And bone marrow mononuclear cells from 3 Nedd8(flox/flox; lyz2-cre) mice were mixed together to induce NEDD8-defficient BMMs (KO) under the same conditions. All the mice are littermates of C57 BL/6 strain.
