VPRS 16720 Register of Original Plans and Record Plans CANCELLED [refer to VPRS 16719/C1]

This record is a photocopy of VPRS 16719/P0001. The photocopy may have been created by the recording agency to function as an index given its alphabetical arrangement and a title indicating it was an index to put away plans was added to the photocopy. Upon transfer to PROV it was believed that what appeared to be handwritten additions to the pages of the photocopy justified registration of it as a separate series. Closer examination of these annotations has subsequently revealed these were attempts of the creating agency to overwrite existing detail from the register that was not able to be read from the photocopy and were not new entries that had been added.
