To investigate the
immune response related protein profiling in plasma of patients with idiopathic
inflammatory myopathies (IIM). In addition, to establish the immune-response
related proteins of IIM patients with myositis-specific antibodies (MSAs). In
order to demonstrate the potential biomarkers for interstitial lung disease
(ILD) of IIM patients, the plasma protein profiling was evaluated.36 IIM patients and 25 healthy controls
were enrolled in our study. 92 plasma immune response related proteins were
detected by Olink proteomics. Plasma protein profiling of IIM patients with
different MSAs and patients with/without ILD were analyzed as well.
