Semester-Long Randomized Controlled Trial of Generative AI Tutoring and Higher-Order Thinking in Higher Education (Dataset)

This dataset supports a semester-long randomized controlled trial testing the effects of generative AI tutoring on higher-order thinking in higher education, including the durability of effects over time and the moderating role of AI literacy. The package contains the anonymized participant-level dataset, a variable codebook, a validation summary, a README documenting the data structure and processing steps, and a repository-ready Excel workbook. Files are provided in CSV and XLSX formats to support reuse and independent reanalysis.
