资源简介:

This deposit contains the supplementary search, screening and source-appraisal materials supporting EMCEI 2026, Paper 183: “From Environmental Hazard to a Missing Post-Conflict Exposure Record: An Evidence Synthesis and Staged Neurodevelopmental Surveillance Framework for the Tartar River Corridor.” The materials document a targeted, single-appraiser evidence synthesis concerning heavy metals, mining-related environmental hazards and the availability of an exposure record for the Tartar (Terter) River corridor. They support evidence identification, eligibility decisions and appraisal of the environmental and human-exposure inferences supported by individual sources. Package contents: Supplementary Table S1 — Search log: databases and repositories, search dates, available verbatim query strings, record yields and available screening decisions, together with two citation-accuracy verification checks. Supplementary Table S2 — Appraisal of supplementary local-language, official and contextual sources, including geographic relevance, environmental matrices, reported observations, analytical limitations and permissible inference. Supplementary Table S3 — PubMed screening and exclusion log, including records identified through the PubMed/Europe PMC supplement. Supplementary Table S4 — Appraisal-basis details and source-check notes for all eight environmental evidence units in manuscript Table 1. Overall ratings and five-domain profiles match the manuscript. A place-name crosswalk documenting geographic names and transliteration variants used during searching. The supplementary search, screening and appraisal log, version 24, in DOCX and PDF formats. Five Web of Science XLS files: four original exports (wos_1.xls–wos_4.xls) and one merged, deduplicated export (wos_merged_dedup_savedrecs.xls). A README describing the package and revision history. The documented searches took place on 12 July, 6 October and 8 October 2026. Two citation-accuracy checks were recorded on 9 October. Subsequent appraisal and editorial updates were recorded on 15 October, and Table S4 was completed on 24 October 2026. These later updates did not involve new searches. The four original Web of Science files contain 52 record entries (21, 9, 10 and 12), yielding 50 unique bibliographic records after deduplication. These figures describe the supplied exports, rather than independently verified database hit totals or edition coverage. The PubMed/Europe PMC supplement identified three unique records, all already present in the Web of Science exports. Supplementary Table S1 reproduces verbatim strings for Web of Science (WS-1–WS-4), the two 6 October PubMed queries (PM-E1 and PM-H1), and the nine recovered English Google Scholar queries (GS-1–GS-9). The separate Russian and Azerbaijani Google Scholar strings, original per-query hit totals, screened-record lists and query-to-record mapping were not recovered. The 8 October PubMed/Europe PMC supplement is documented through its concept blocks, database-field adaptations and record counts. This version completes Table S4 coverage for all eight main-table evidence units. The 24 October update changed no empirical metal values, ratings, domain profiles, search results or raw Web of Science files. The appraisal distribution is one High, three Moderate, one Low and three Very low. The High rating applies to Kura–Araks basin-scale monitoring, not to a Tartar-specific measurement. No newly generated environmental, biomarker or participant-level dataset is included. The manuscript’s field sampling and biomonitoring stages remain prospective. The author-created supplementary text, screening decisions and appraisal commentary are licensed under Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International (CC BY 4.0). Third-party content within the bibliographic exports retains its applicable rights and is excluded from this license grant.
