A–F. Cytokine levels in blood at the indicated time points post-infection were determined by using Q-PCR or Bioplex. G–H. Sera were collected from non-infected (NF) mice or those infected with WNV H8912 at day 1 (D1), day 3 (D3), day 6 (D6) and day 10 (D10) post-infection. The development of WNV-specific IgM (G) or IgG (H) antibodies was determined after incubating sera with absorbed purified r-WNV-E protein.
