Ethoxysanguinarine ameliorates vascular remodeling by regulating TGF-β1/Smad2/3 signaling pathway in Hypertension:An in vitro and in vivo approach

The goals of this study is to compare the differently expressed genes in abdominal aortaof WKY and SHR with or without Ethoxysanguinarine (ETH) treatment. The SHRs (n=12) were randomly divided into 2 groups: SHR, and SHR +ETH (3.5mg/kg/d) groups (n=6 for each group). WKY rats (n=6) were set as control. Rats in WKY and SHR groups were intragastrically with double distilled water (dd H2O), while rats in SHR + ETH (3.5mg/kg/d) group were intragastrically with 3.5 mg/kg/d of ETH for 10 weeks. Then the vascular vessel tissues were used to identify differentially expressed genes among different groups.

本研究旨在对比经或未经乙氧基血根碱(Ethoxysanguinarine, ETH)处理的Wistar-Kyoto大鼠(WKY)与自发性高血压大鼠(SHR)腹主动脉组织中的差异表达基因。将12只SHR随机分为两组:SHR组与SHR+ETH组,每组各6只;另设6只WKY大鼠作为对照组。WKY组与SHR组大鼠经口灌胃给予双蒸水(dd H₂O),SHR+ETH组大鼠则以3.5mg/kg/d的剂量经口灌胃给予ETH,连续给药10周。随后采集血管组织,用于鉴定不同组间的差异表达基因。
