Data and code for Callaway et al. (2025): Exotic invasive plant species increase primary productivity, but not in their native ranges.

The files here correspond to four analyses, structured according to the publication Callaway et al. (2025): 1) Field data on plants (ANPP and vegetation cover)2) Field data on nitrogen content (ammonium and nitrate)3) Common garden data on plants (ANPP)4) Common garden data on nitrogen content (ammonium and nitrate) For each section, there is a corresponding R script and an Excel file containing the data. The descriptions of the variables can be found in the respective Excel files under the worksheet "Metadata", while the data itself is located in the "Data" worksheet. Additionally, there is an R script, called my_graphs.r specifically for the visual representation of the box-violin plots.
