Residential quarter garages

The dataset contains the locations of the residential quarter garages in Düsseldorf. If a builder cannot or may not build necessary pitches, he must pay a redemption fee to the municipality. The redemption amounts are used, among other things, for the purpose of subsidising residential quarter garages. In these neighborhood garages parking spaces are provided for the residents.
