All data has been uploaded as used for analysis in the accompanying manuscript. Frequency calibration has been applied using cyclohexane as a standard. Data has been corrected for a constant offset amongst all spectra. No additional corrections have been applied. Figure 1Raman spectra as plotted in Figure 1A.TIF image of Figure 1B (bright-field).TIF image of Figure 1C (merge). Raman map data used to obtain images in Figures 1D and 1E. Figure 2TIF image of Figure 2A showing the overlay of the bright-field, nucleolus and lipid droplets. Raman map data used to obtain images in Figure 2A (middle, right).
