Comparison between syngeneic kidney transplant and a model of allogeneic kidney transplant tolerance induced by anti-classII regimen in the rat

The goal is to identify new molecules implicated in tolerance, to determine the implication of these molecules in immune responses to transplantation by gene expression comparison of 27,088 individual rat genes between tolerated kidney allotransplant and syngeneic kidney transplant.本研究旨在识别参与免疫耐受的新型分子，并通过对耐受型肾同种异体移植（kidney allotransplant）与同系肾移植（syngeneic kidney transplant）间的27088个大鼠单个基因开展基因表达对比分析，明确此类分子在移植免疫应答中的作用。
