Detection of mature murine T and B-cells following serial transplantation of protein treated bone marrow cells in irradiated Rag-1^−/− mice.

Cohorts of Rag-1−/− mice were irradiated with given a transplant of 103 bone marrow cells expanded with Tat-MYC and Tat-Bcl-2. Mice were analyzed 8 weeks post-transplant for mature murine T and B-cells. Bone marrow cells were collected from the Tat-MYC/Tat-Bcl-2 treated HSPC chimaeric mice, and 106 whole bone marrow cells were used for generating a second set of chimaeric mice. Likewise, this was also done a third time. FACS results were quantified and presented in this table across all of the mice in the initial transplant and two serial transplants that were carried out.
