Raw SST dataset over the Mediterranean (1982–2024)

Repository Content This repository contains raw datasets and R scripts required to fully reproduce the results of the associated study. Materials include: - Daily Mediterranean SST data (1982–2024)- Regional shapefiles (Ayata et al., 2018 subdivision) + Marine regions shapefiles- Processing scripts implementing Fourier analysis to derive annual phase images, maximum SST, and amplitude (1982–2024) All outputs match those reported in the manuscript (Figures 2–8, Tables S1–S5).
