We present flood measures using raster maps from the Global Flood Database, aggregated to FIPS county and ZIP Code for the years 2000-2018. Specific measures are percent of area flooded and the mean and maximum duration of flooding in flooded pixels within the spatial unit. Flood identifier, start date, main cause, and severity are also included per the Dartmouth Flood Observatory catalogue.
