资源简介:
The annotation captures PNG, RMN and MKH from Berzeen village demonstrating the warping process. They are holding the loom beater, known locally as sakht. In traditional weaving, the experienced women of the community perform the warping process on the hand loom, or shubinik. This is the final step before weaving, involving the alignment and preparation of warp threads for the loom. The sakht and heddles are threaded with warp yarns spun earlier, secured, and prepared for weaving. This process, typically requiring three women, includes warping the yarn and dressing the loom, ensuring all threads are aligned and tensioned for weaving.
