资源简介:
The geometries and boundary conditions of the nine cases (pre and post) belonging to the following publication:
L. Obermeier, M. Wiegand, T. Kuehne, V. Falk, C. Knosalla, N. Solowjowa, L. Goubergrits, K. Vellguth, Impact of surgical ventricular restoration on intracardiac hemodynamics: an in silico study using CCT data, Computers in Biology and Medicine (2025), https://doi.org/10.1016/j.compbiomed.2025.110227
The dataset contains the geometries (as STL) of: the left ventricle (at end-diastole and end-systole), left atrium, aorta, the 3D mitral valve in opened state, and planar projections of the mitral valve and aortic valve orifice area to model the valve function. Further, the following boundary conditions are provided (as CSV): pressure at the left atrial inlet, pressure or mass flow at the aortic outlet (depending on the presence of mitral regurgitation), resistance tables at the projected valves to model planar valve opening and closing, the displacement field of the left ventricle from end-diastole to end-systole, the normed volume curve and volume flow rate, and temporal information on valve opening/closing.
To contact us, please refer to the corresponding author or use the contact page of our website.
