Whole genome sequence of single cells amplified with single droplet MDA. cellular organisms

This data contains genome sequence of single cells including bacterial cells and mammalian cells. Single cell genome was amplified by MDA. We developed a new MDA method called single droplet MDA (sd-MDA), which uses picoliter sized droplets as reaction vessels. The aim of this project is to compare sd-MDA with conventional in-tube MDA.
