The move quality between −1 and 0 indicates a redundant search procedure that wrongly removes edges that are in the optimum (good edges) and keeps edges not in the optimum (bad edges); move quality of 0 indicates random move; move quality between 0 and 1 indicates a move that is more likely to keep good edges than bad edges.
