On the basis of the order of the Kharkiv Mayor of 21.10.2021, "On Approval of the Regulations on Sets of the Kharkiv City Council", the publication of open data sets of the information manager on the Kharkiv Open Data Portal, which is automatically placed on the Unified State Open Data Portal of Kharkiv City Council, is organized on the Unified State Open Data Portal in the office of the administrator "Kharkiv City Council"依据2021年10月21日哈尔科夫市市长签署的《关于批准〈哈尔科夫市议会数据集管理条例〉的命令》，哈尔科夫开放数据门户的信息管理员所发布的开放数据集将自动同步至哈尔科夫市议会统一国家开放数据门户；相关数据集的发布工作由"哈尔科夫市议会"管理员办公室依托统一国家开放数据门户组织开展。
