Connections between users in the AAS221 tweet stream

This is <strong>preliminary</strong> data and is subject to change. Please contact me if you have questions. Connections between users who tweeted about the AAS 221 conference (well, those tweets that included 'aas221', 'hackaas', or 'aas' and '221') in January 2013. The file aas221.sif is a directed graph of links from the user who made the tweet (first column) to user they mentioned in the tweet (third column), which includes 'RT @user ...). The second column is the number of times this happened. The file is tab separated and is intended for use in BioFabric. The file aas221.communities.tsv is also tab separated, and lists the community number (starting at 1) for each pair of users mentioned in aas221.sif. This was created using the algorithm of Ahn, Bagrow, and Lehmnan (doi:10.1038/nature09182), and assumes the links are unweighted and undirected.
