The **neighborhoods** geographically, numbered and by name. The municipality has divided the city into 7 districts, 20 districts and 116 neighbourhoods. The classification is used in policy and management; measuring instruments such as neighborhood statistics and neighbourhood thermometer are based on it. In general, a neighbourhood is a cohesive piece of housing, without cutting through major roads or other barriers, and the neighbourhood is recognizable by the population in name and boundaries.
