Projected production of robo-cars worldwide 2023-2030

Annual production levels of robo-cars are expected to reach 800,000 units worldwide by 2030. Robo-cars are light vehicles with advanced driver-assistance systems of level 4 or 5 (very little or no human intervention is required). Such a high degree of automation may be used for the purpose of providing transport to passengers without the need for a human driver.
