Three kinds of TSCs with different genotype of mouse Tet2 including Tet2+/-, Tet2-/-and wild-type TSCs were harvested . Total RNA was isolated from cell pellets by Trizol reagent and RNA-Seq library were generated using KAPA Strandard mRNA-Seq Kits according to the manufacturer’s recommendations. mRNA profiles of 3 cell types, generated by deep sequencing in diplicate, using HiSeq 2500. Paired-end 125-bp sequencing was applied.
