Expression analysis of C2C12 cells treated with scramble siRNA or siRNA directed against Fndc1

We transfected C2C12 cells with 100nM of scrambled siRNA scramble and an siRNA directed against Fndc1. At least 40 million, 75bp long paired end reads were mapped to the mm9 version of the mouse genome per replicate using STAR 2.4.2a (doi: 10.1093/bioinformatics/bts635) using the default parameters.
