Micron-level air gaps are formed by cutting between the main insulation layer and the control tube of the cable to achieve quantitative detection of the cable's insulation status. Under complex working condition environments, the reduction of interfacial stress facilitates the formation and progressive evolution of interfacial air gaps. A charcoal pencil is used to fabricate carbonized traces of predetermined lengths on the main insulation surface. Through coordinated insertion operations at varying depths using steel brazing tools, air gap defect structures with distinct length variations are ultimately established.
