Samples were collected from the deposited sediment of benthal in the 16 different locations of north region of South China Sea (between Lat ?N, 111? 23.243'' and 120? 0.250'' to Long ?W 17? 58.927'' and 22? 29.355'') with water depths ranging from 35-4000 m.Total genomic DNA was extracted from 1g of the sediment samples,bacterial 16s rRNA target at the V3 hypervariable region were amplified using a set of primers.
