This layer contains the 7 perimeters of the Finistère’s future recovery and ecological transition contracts (CRTE) CRTE of the Country of Brest CRTE of the Land of Morlaix CRTE of the Centre Ouest Bretagne CRTE of Cornwall Cornouaille Concarneau CRTE Agglomeration CRTE of Quimperlé Community CRTE of the Ponant Islands (bretonnes) The CRTEs are intended to consolidate existing contractual procedures. These CRTEs must address three issues: — In the short term (2021-2022) the regions (territorial communities, socio-economic actors, associations, inhabitants) will be involved in the recovery plan. — During the period of the 2020-2026 municipal mandate, it is also a matter of supporting communities in their territory project, Finally, they must illustrate the differentiated and simplified approach to decentralisation.
