D8 - qPCR results

CSV file with the qPCR results. The data shown has been averaged over the technical replicates, but each biological replicate is included. The abundance was calculated from the mean cycle threshold (Ct) which was then quantified into abundance (gene copy number) using the standard curve. <br> If the target could not be detected in all of the technical replicates the sample was marked as detected but not quantifiable and was given a value of '1.1' in order that the data could be plotted. <br> The columns of the file include the following information: 'Time' shows the month and year the sample was collected. 'Location' indicates the location. "Bio_rep" is the biological replicate. 'Filter' records the filter pore size in μm (all filters tested here were 5μm). 'Abundance' is the calculated abundance. 'N' shows the number of technical replicates that the abundance was averaged across. 'Sd' is the standard deviation in the technical replicates 'se' is the standard error across the technical replicates 'Target' shows the target of the primer and probes, includes the gene and group. 'Partner' shows whether the target was host or plastid.
