Transcriptomic profiling of mouse PDAC cells flow sorted from an orthotopic murine tumor model, cultured in standard celll culture nutrients or in physiological nutrients

Next-generation sequencing and transcriptomic profiling was performed for mouse PDAC cells grown under different nutrient formulations with the ultimate goal of studying differentially expressed genes mRNA Normalized Counts of PDAC cells grown in an orthotopic murine tumor model in RPMI, in a chemically defined physiological nutrient formulation, or in the latter without citrulline and ornithine
