BBCP self-assembly for photonics
收藏资源简介:
Bottlebrush block copolymers (BBCPs) are ideal candidates for photonic materials due to their ability to self-assemble into lamellar architectures with larger lattice parameters (> 100 nm). Additionally, BBCPs offer rapid self-assembly kinetics (under 5 minutes), macroscopic ordering on a millimeter scale, and the ability to incorporate functional additives without compromising structural integrity. We have successfully prepared spherical photonic microparticles through the self-assembly of BBCPs within emulsified microdroplets. This color tuning was controlled by adjusting the molecular weight or utilizing copolymer blends. In this proposal, we aim to use ultra small-angle X-ray(BM26) to characterize the lamealla structure produced by BBCPs, for characterizing their structures.
