Transcriptomic analysis of mouse neutrophils in response to rSsDNase II beta stimulation

This project aims to investigate the transcriptional responses of mouse neutrophils following stimulation with recombinant Sarcoptes scabiei DNase II beta (rSsDNase II beta). Neutrophils were treated with rSsDNase II beta under defined experimental conditions, and total RNA was extracted for high throughput RNA sequencing. The generated transcriptomic data were used to identify differentially expressed genes and signaling pathways involved in neutrophil activation and immunomodulation.This dataset provides insights into the molecular mechanisms by which parasite derived DNase II beta modulates host innate immune responses and contributes to host parasite interactions.
