Script used for mapping of ignorance scores for the millipede suborder Cambalidea

This R script (version 4.5.0) was developed for analyzing a dataset of occurrence records of the millipede suborder Cambalidea, as part of the results submitted to a specialized journal. The use of this script is currently restricted to the journal editor and reviewers. In due course, it will be made publicly available. The R packages used in this script include: raster, data.table, hablar, tidyverse, ggplot2, ggthemes, sf, and rgeos. Users are kindly advised to consult the full references and documentation of these packages for additional information regarding their functionalities. All comments inserted directly within the script were written by the authors as part of the process used to generate the presented results. The raw data used for the analyses are provided in Supplementary Material 1 from the submitted version of this manuscript.
