Whole Genome Sequencing of Clinical Samples from Kosovo (2021-2022) (PART 1)

The goal of this study is to perform whole genome sequencing (WGS) on clinical samples collected from Kosovo between 2021 and 2022 in order to gain a comprehensive understanding of the genetic variation present in pathogen. By analyzing these genomes, the study aims to identify genetic mutations, track pathogen evolution, and better understand disease transmission patterns.
