资源简介:
The temporal succession patterns of bacterial absolute abundance in the rhizosphere and bulk were similar across all four treatments, and peaked on day 14. However, when nitrogen fertilizer and straw were added together, the fungi absolute abundance in bulk were significantly increased; Rhizosphere effect decreased the Alpha diversity of bacteria and fungi, and straw addition had a greater impact on microbial communities structure than nitrogen fertilizer application in both rhizosphere and bulk; Although bulk microbial networks showed no clear temporal succession pattern, rhizosphere microbial networks showed a homogenised and simplified temporal succession pattern; and combined network analysis and DNA-SIP revealed the OTUs belong to both key species in microbial network and active straw carbon assimilator, whose phylogenetic taxonomy mainly belonged to Actinobacteriota, Proteobacteria, Acidobacteriota, Gemmatimonadota in bacteria and Ascomycota in Fungi.
