Exemptions from the plan-EIA requirement

File code OPL, 2009-present. Only files for which a decision was taken on the exemption from the planning EIA obligation before 20/7/2023 were included in the dataset. In the case of an exemption from the plan-EIA requirement for an RUP and if RUP is included in DSI, the corresponding (maximum) contour was included for the exemption. If this link was not found or if the RUP was never finalised and is therefore not in DSI, the municipal boundaries of the municipalities in the planning area were used as (too broad) demarcation for the exemption. In the case of an exemption from the plan-EIA requirement for another type of plan, where the planning area is an entire municipality, province or the whole of Flanders, the plan area of the plan in question was used as a contour for the exemption.
