These data demonstrated that 0.5 mg/kg·bw and 1 mg/kg·bw CS-SeNPs CS-SeNPs alleviated the depression-like behavior induced by the fluoride. The current data revealed that 0.5 mg/kg·bw and 1 mg/kg·bw CS-SeNPs significantly reduced the immobility time in TST and FST at 120 d rather than 60 d. These data provide a reference for nano-selenium as an antidepressant. These data can be used to make relevant comparisons and supplements for future antidepressant mechanism researchers.

本数据集表明,以0.5 mg/kg·bw和1 mg/kg·bw的剂量给予的CS-SeNPs能够有效缓解由氟化物引起的抑郁样行为。当前数据揭示,0.5 mg/kg·bw和1 mg/kg·bw的CS-SeNPs显著缩短了在TST和FST测试中120天而非60天时的不动时间。这些数据为纳米硒作为抗抑郁剂的潜在应用提供了参考。此数据集可用于为未来的抗抑郁作用机制研究提供相关比较与补充。
