Transcriptomic analysis of Paulownia catalpifolia under different degrees of chilling stress during the seedling stage

Through the implementation of the project, we revealed the changes of transcript levels of Paulownia catalpifolia under low temperature induction, screened and identified differentially expressed genes ( DEGs ), and analyzed the potential functions of these genes in the pathways related to cold resistance, in order to clarify the molecular mechanism of Paulownia catalpifolia participating in low temperature response, and provide theoretical guidance and gene reserve for Paulownia cold resistance molecular breeding.
