Individual-level data on anthropometric, hemodynamic, and biochemical variables collected at baseline and at 12, 24, and 36 months of antiretroviral therapy. Parameters include age, sex, body mass index (BMI), waist and hip circumference, blood pressure, fasting glucose, HbA1c, insulin, lipid profile (total cholesterol, triglycerides, HDL-C, LDL-C), liver enzymes (AST, ALT), and urinary albumin-to-creatinine ratio.
