Datasets for the resistance analysis before (2016) and after (2020) SMC in the North region of Cameroon.

We have 02 excel files in which we have data for resistance genotypes of 02 malaria resistance genes (Pf Dhps: Plasmodium falciparum dihydroptéroate synthetase and Pf DHFR: Plasmodium falciparum Dihydrofolate reductase. The genotypes are either mutant, wildtype, or mixed genotypes.
