Replication package for: “How Information Comparability Shapes Blockholder Structure: The Role of Trading-Based Governance”

This repository contains the data, code, and documentation required to reproduce the empirical results reported in the paper “How Information Comparability Shapes Blockholder Structure: The Role of TradingBased Governance.” The package is organized as a standard replication package. The deposited dataset is the final analysis file used in the paper, and the deposited Stata do-file runs the empirical analysis directly from that file. Data preprocessing from raw sources is therefore outside the scope of the present deposit.
