Significant contribution of lacustrine groundwater discharge to lake CH4 emissions: new evidences from high-resolution field observations

This dataset contains high-resolution field measurements of groundwater-derived methane fluxes, lake methane emissions, and associated hydrological and meteorological variables. Data were collected at two contrasting sites with strong and weak groundwater inputs over four consecutive days and nights, with an hourly sampling resolution.
